| 2 | What u say about this?Mentally ill people should get treatment, right? In this case the mental illness is dysphoria and the treatment is to correct the dysphoria—ie, to be trans. They ARE getting help—by dressing and acting like the sex their brain says they are (passing is psychologically important for the same reason that smiling when you’re sad makes you feel happier).
