Even if the sex didn't occur until he was 13, objectively speaking a 60 day sentence is still bullshit. Like I said, I've learned what I need to about you. And I didn't ask for any of the things you have mentioned like kicked in teeth. You leapt to the defence of a judge sentencing a teacher for only 60 days for having sex with a 10 year old pupil. For me that is problematic. I see problems with the system, the judge and your attitude to the ruling. There is no defence for having sex with a 10 year old.
