People need to understand that it's better to listen to the cops instructions than fight. If you're innocent then it's not a problem but if you try to fight and disobey they might be forced to use excessive force on you.

The problem is not only with the one who makes these false allegations but also the media who quickly publishes articles about that person without checking facts. Even if he gets free from fake charges, he never truly gets accepted in the society. Nobody really bothers to check the follow up article and some of the media groups don't even release follow up articles about fake charges being dropped. Now the only choice for that person is to either file defamation charges against big media groups …
