I think this is a tad too general. There has to be reasonable limitation. A few months back a video was posted with a woman claiming that a student was harassing her by simply waiting in the advising office at a university. She made it absolutely clear she didn't want him to wait in that office and he continued to wait there.

You live in a society. Society has established rules and guidelines that we must adhere to. You could choose to live outside of society and forgo the many protections and/or benefits it offers. The government thugs are the one's responsible for the education of students up until the 12th grade here in America. I disagree. I'd be happy to pay a bit extra in taxes to guarantee free education or healthcare. It's hard to make an argument against AA because it would be mostly based on speculation. Minimum sat scores were shown for different ethic groups to enter a university, Harvard I believe. Yeah. At one of my old jobs there were two single stall bathrooms and one female employee. Most of the customers were male, so that women's bathroom got used a lot by the employees. No complaints though.
