It definitely shed some lights in the dark even though four years passed by since the friendship broke apart. I found myself here and there what you mentioned in some paragraphs especially the "calm-down" part I think the biggest issue with my friend was, there were barely (almost no) feedbacks from her side which drove me crazy sometimes. 1	A different perspective on borderline women I followed the discussions here with huge interest and there many good points from both side. I guess I'm those male individuals who was only befriended with someone who suffers BPD (caused by sexual abuse). Unfortunately the friendship didn't last for long and ended up with a huge mess of sadness, anger and what not... In some degree I still hate the whole situation but sometimes I still question if it's the person to blame or the mental illness.
