1	Have you guys gotten in shape? I was firmly overweight but this year started cycling everyday and have lost about 25lb since Feb - so am now down to 'slightly overweight'. I am 51. Now it is autumn/winter here in Aus I find it harder to get cardio exercise from cycling (down to 3-4 rides per week from 7) - any suggestions? 1	Questions for Australians. I live in Victoria which is more liberal, bear in mind QLD is bigger than several large European countries combined - but it is perhaps the most rough and ready, right wing state in Aus.
