When I met my husband, I was 19. I refused to give him my phone number cause he told me he works a specific job, I knew it was a well payed job, but mostly requiring high intelligence. I refused to believe him cause he was too young for a job like that in my opinion. He brought his work Id to prove it to me. This is how he got my number. I did not even begin with him without a proof that he is doing something with his life. And though I think its absolutely rightful to do so, I am the one who is…

That sounds like bullshit cause it is. Truth is not only truth in its essence but also benefits OP much more, as he will come out as respectful to his relationships, also will show that he is well equipped to catch a date in a first place. Why the hell your first response is a lie, i will never understand this mindset

Thats just petty then. Not a good emotion either. He needs to find a girl who cares. Thats what he needs to do

Well my point exactly

Well that’s still a lie. I would have said “well, it’s definitely not my favorite one, but you did a good job for practicing. Don’t give up”

Yess its the second one. Nobody is this “clueless” or “naive”. Step away. But forever. And you will find a girl who loves you for being affectionate and available. Cause you sound like you are, and want those things for yourself and your partner in life.

Op already said that he is doing this to her cause she did it to him. He admits that his actions are not driven by the right reasons. And apparently the girl is a complete bitch. So, nothing about this situation is “not wrong”

Just to explain my not lying thing: i am not brutally honest. I can be honest with kindness and compassion and care. But i never lie. It would only hurt me in the end.

Like I said, I stand by my statement. If you justify abuse- you are abuser. Fact. Not assumption.

Fuck she sounds the worst. THE WORST. You can do better. Don’t be a plan B. Don’t be a security net. She is afraid to lose you cause she wants to keep messing with you. Just.. why would you drop to her level? Whyyy

Excuse me? My last comment was about me, not about you. I don’t know shit about you. I already did my therapy time, and you know what? Therapy is why I can spot abuse and call it out in a first place. Check out your options too, might help.

Maybe in your life. People in my life even though its just selected few are honest and kind. I dont interact neither with manipulative bitches neither with manipulative dicks. And I call them out if they try.

You called her an eye candy you wanna hit. Your reasons are not friendly but driven by your dick. If you don’t see anything wrong with this, i can’t help you to understand. You are also acting out of petty. If she is playing games on you - don’t talk to that bitch, she does not deserve you.

If you look closely, you almost never see a healthy relationship in the movies. Sure manipulation works, and sure it gets results. Are they good results? Nope.

You rarely lie? I never lie. No matter the cost. I guess that’s what is different between us.

You just justified abuse and that is not assumption. That is a fact. How bad it has to be for you to draw a line? I draw the line where it begins, not where it gets really bad.

This is not benign situation. This is how emotional abuse work. And I am sure you are more than happy to justify your manipulation and abuse cause you “don’t hit women, therefore you are not abusive”.

Isn’t the goal to get the girl? What the duck you ducking manipulative assholes
/r/seduction16/10/21 04:30 PM

What the duck. You emotionally manipulated a girl to “hit the eye candy”? That’s abuse. Ducking hell, You realize that this is exactly why you won’t build a true relationship with her? Do you also understand that without emotional manipulation you would never get the girl? Do you see the ducking bullshit that you do here?

You understand this is emotional manipulation which is abuse, right?

I was around 16. I realized that i could get almost any boy that I wanted and that was the opposite information from what I had before in life cause The boys made me feel useless. But they wanted me. And made me feel like shit. But they wanted me bad. And surprise surprise, the moment I stopped asking for validation I found a healthy happy relationship with a wonderful man, who only encourages me to never ask for validation and not to look for any excuse to be successful, happy and what I wanna …

Cheese question. ALWAYS. watch and learn. A: What's your favorite cheese? B: Brie, why? A: OOOhh Soft french serve type of guy! This is such an unusual choice, how come? A: What's your favorite cheese? B: I don't like cheese A: Omg, this is such an unusual answer, how come? A: What's your favorite cheese? B: Cheddar, why? A: Ahh it's great for a casual sandwich, but don't you think Mozarella should win the cheese game? That's the one that goes on pizza!

Gay men complimenting a straight guy is like a girl complimenting another girl. Girls do it all the time because there is no pressure to have sex after the compliment happens. And so the same here.

What the F? Porn literally changed my view as a woman about myself and the men too, and I only watched it very occasionally as a teenager.

This. Also I would like to add anger. I feel like women are not allowed to be angry while men manifest anger all the time. It's an emotion too, ya know.

And so sex work as women job should be free just as house work. In case they DECIDE to pay for sex work, they feel like they did something good for the worker, and that she should be thankful that he did not rape her and kill her. its just wtf
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy20/01/21 01:09 PM

I think it's simply because sex work gets paid and house work does not. Men only count jobs that brings money in. Cleaning and cooking is actually spending money, not earning.

Uu this is so good. I find people who claim just to be themselves annoying sometimes As i see them use it as an excuse. Like this girl she is super nice and so on, until she has to do a thing she is not super happy about and then she just “im not gonna do it, it’s just not who I am, i hate cleaning, so i won” ummm excuse me? Everyone hates cleaning you dumb bitch, we still do it. It does not make us not ourselves by doing/not doing things we want or dont want to do. Also I had a friend who “acce…

Basically the whole post is about the fact that you should always have a reason to talk to someone new beside "I think you are pretty" because we girls grew up being told by our dads (or other people who cared about us) that looks don't matter and that we should be around people who likes the way our brain works and find us interesting.

I would say you are looking for small talk. Small talk could be learned via lots of sources online. I'm an extrovert and never ever had any communication problems but sometimes even for me it's awkward and I found out that "what kind of cheese do you like?" is THE BEST starter of a conversation. Vegan cheese, hard cheese, soft french cheese? Whatever the answer you can pick up from there and continue talking. Vegan cheese? Oh, so you care about your health and animals? tell me more! Hard cheese?…

Yes, that’s how it should be. Women fall in love with you, not with your efforts to hook up. And even though woman wants to be the most important thing in your life in later stages of the relationship, in the beginning they want a man who has hobbies, nice job that he loves and friends so she does not have to make-up to all those things in your life if you would get into relationship. Also, if you make a woman first FIRST priority you may come out as desperate and no one likes desperation in gen…

I met my husband when he just talked with me in a public smoking area. I refused to give him my contacts cause I did not trust him, but he came back after couple of minutes and showed his work id to prove that he works in the bank and is a "normal guy". I gave him my contacts after that. So yes, if you want to hit on someone in public better prepare that they won't trust you at first.

Oh gosh, from a girl: just reading this thread is killing me, you ignore what people say, If feels like you want to keep telling people who say looks does not matter (and they say it from the experience) that you are ugly and old. WTF you are 27, best age, not a a teenager anymore but not an old man yet but you manage to make 27 look so bad and sad and depressing. It's most of peoples favourite age. Now you are in the husbands market where 25 years old are looking for a daddy for the baby and yo…
