When you feel like a beta, so many men seem like alphas or chads, but once you actually get to know them you realize that most have as many if not more insecurities, and vulnerabilities than you do. You won't get easily addicted to them if you live a good life. Lift, socialize, work constantly for the things that you desire and you won't get hooked to shit. This is key. I was gonna comment that this only for people who aren't addicted to porn. But actual addiction occurs when it interferes in your daily routine.
