Left column is "type of crime and race of victim". So go to rape/sexual assault, then "black only" under that. To the right of that, look under the column "White". All those columns are "perceived race of victim". You'll see 0%, which means less than 10, which for statiscal purposes is virtually 0. 6	Hypergamy. If women want a guy who's basically better in every way, then what's in it for him? Simply being a good provider with a good job which would qualify as hypergamous doesn't do it for them on it's own. So essentially in a wealthy country, being a provider isn't anything special, because securing enough money to pay for a home, food, water etc. is easy.
