Honeyjubu on Youtube makes homemaker videos - her content is very relaxing and focuses on daily routines and diligence. Never fails to make me feel like I need to step it up a notch but doesn't speak down to you.

Just the lack of work ethic alone is a such a huge turnoff. How about you give yourself 3 more months and then check back in and see how you feel. You don't have to go back right away, right? Deep down you know he's not right - give your heart some time to catch up with your brain, but don't contact him in the meantime.

No I have basic respect for myself.

Have you lost your damn mind? This man will cheat all over you and potentially bring home STDs in the process (if he hasn't already)

I can’t understate how weird I find this. It’s not normal to me, and it doesn’t have to be to you. You haven’t been together long enough to not treat this like the dealbreaker it could be. Still in the vetting stage - and this is what vetting means. Can you put up with having your sexual and general privacy boundaries violated forever ?

I think it’s fair to say this is generally offputting behaviour.

You should post this in r/relationship_advice instead is what you should do.

I did, when I moved out of home. You need to find a joy and appreciation in having a clean, tidy home. You need to have pride. Stop relying on motivation to get things done; you need to build discipline over time if this is something that really matters to you. Look up subreddits like r/declutter. My number one tip as someone who went from messy to clean is to have less stuff. The stuff you have - does not all need to be on display. Do a major clean out of your house, one room at a time, and go …

There’s definitely a mixed bag here - I’ve learnt to just ignore those sadsack / relationship advice posts. As much as I wish there was more of this style content, I know I have a part to play in contributing too

Great post. I can back up the 'never say no to sex' - works a treat in my relationship. I extend never saying no to every day life - on the rare occasion I do object to something - whatever it may be - my partner instantly takes me seriously. He knows that my 'no' is serious, considered, and final. I don't whinge and complain over the little things, and therefore, I don't have to fight to have the big 'nos' taken seriously.

I understand the OP’s previous posts have a flavour of RPW but this one is word vomit suited to r/relationship_advice. It might be an incorrect bias by me and what shows up in my feed, but I feel I’ve seen a real uptick in these posts that contribute little/nothing, don’t bother formatting and barely meet the sub requirements. I think it overall brings the quality of the sub down and encourages more “cry me a river” style posts about useless men. This isn’t intended to be aggressive, just an obs…

Why are these posts allowed in this sub?

Likewise. I feel nauseous. Poor kids.

I quite clearly said would need documentation. Where I’m from, regardless, this would be a semi-strong legal case. But yes, agree, this is all beside the point because OP seems to be missing some basic parental instincts.

Correct. This is a very strong legal case for supervised custody or full custody to OP - but would need documentation of his desire to expose his children to a paedophile.

Would you rather your children were potentially abused? Might sound harsh, but I mean that quite seriously. Even if he never touches them, one day they will find out who he is and they will remember that you didn’t protect them. I found out as an adult that my uncle molested my father and I was allowed around him as a child. It plays on my mind to this day.

People hear “STFU” on these subreddits and somehow think that translates to “put my children in danger of molestation”
/r/RedPillWives01/01/23 03:28 AM

Absolutely not. Never allow children around paedophiles. Never allow a paedophile into your home. To do this would be gross neglect and parents have been reported for less. Your husband has family-goggles on, which is why he’s hopeful for “someday”. He can have a relationship with his sex offender brother outside of your home and away from your children. This is a reasonable boundary.

Well can you really stay with someone who sees you as used up? He’s said he doesn’t want to marry you.

Can we stop posting this shit here?

This is definitely a scam of some kind. Photographers don’t just reach out to random non-models. They will take advantage of you in some way. How is this RPW? And do you have any common sense at all?

This seems like a terrible idea full stop. People don't typically live like this, and that's for good reason.

He went on a drive with “some girl”? Why are you not more aware of who the people are that he is spending time with? Red flag right there

This is ABNORMAL

Read your first paragraph again. What he did to her, he will do to you. You are in denial. Do not pursue this man, he will use you and dump you. He is not a quality man and your willingness to let him do this is not a good sign.

WaveWright47 Is this potentially sleep apnea? The snoring + mood combined is what makes me think this

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
