I feel short as fuck most of the time at 5'10 while wearing boots and 1 or 1.5 inch lifts. All of my shoes have got them. Doesn't look or feel awkward at all. Every midget should wear heel lifts. At 5'4 or below it won't help but you can definitely fraud a bit. Every inch matters ridiculously much. I have got 230 lbs of muscle on my frame. An extra inch or two makes me look 20 lbs bigger easily.

Interesting. I wonder what are the limits? I've been training and dieting hard for a decade and I've gone to the dark side as there is only so much you can do naturally. This leaves me at 5'10" 230 lbs shredded. I definitely get a ton of attention. Way more than any tall guy and the same goes for attraction I would think. Although the effect would be even better if I was 6'5" or something of course. My point is you can look more dominating and stronger than taller guys. At least we have control …
