I would say that having the control over my life would mean my mind worked the way I want it to. Question is how do I get my mind from the point it is now to the point I would want it to be. I don't expect you or anyone to know the answer to that question and there might as well not be a way. I still like discussing it though. Is it supplements, meditation, trying to recognize negative thought patterns and attempting to argue with them or accept them or try to not care about them. How do I try t…

Mental health sites or subreddits have just another bunch of people relating and whining about their lives. At least here I can see people succeed and this can give some sort of hope. Getting help I assume means doing therapy or taking drugs. First I'm doing however my therapist is booked a lot so I can only go there rarely and it also interferes with my work if I had to go there every week. Drugs just make me feel numb and pointless, definitely not happy. I think they make me more tired infact.…

I'd say it's easier for me to be an athlete. As an athlete I know what I have to do to get fit and proper. If I work out according to the plan I will see the results in mirror as well the weights will increase. How do I plan the training on my inner game? What are the exercises? How do I see the results? I have had periods of ups and downs regarding my motivation. It's usually something like I decide I plan a month in advance and for this month I will do only stuff that is useful for me. Wake up…

I wonder what do you mean by dealing with deep seated inner issues? Does it mean constant self affirmations? Does it mean meditation? Does it mean constantly trying out new things? Because if I was rich I could invest more time / and money in myself. They both would provide me with better opportunities to find something I could possibly enjoy in this life. They would perhaps remove some anxiety from my life as well. To me it seems that finding what makes me happy is like searching for this sock …

I have been diagnosed with depression. But the thing is. I think my whole life I could've been diagnosed with depression. So is it a disease, or is it just the way I am aka my personality? Maybe it's just chemicals in my head that are impossible to change without mind altering drugs or any other possible scientific way of changing what humans consist of that haven't been invented yet. I do not think women will fix that. It's only that I miss that and I'm jealous/envious of people who do get laid…

My goal has been to just get rich, mainly to remove worrying aspect in life. If I didn't have reasons to worry, perhaps I could enjoy stuff? I could also hire better therapists/personal coaches/trainers/whatever who could maybe force me to change somehow. Just throw money at it and see what happens. Yeah I don't like life and I don't like myself. So basically about the 3 months... I think I know what I want to do with my life already. I want to become rich and produce something that a lot of peo…

It's interesting subject. Being confident/charming/funny are probably the most important things. But I could still say that the 'game' doesn't work for everyone. For example I'm unable to apply the theory. I have read so much and everytime I try and improve myself it just doesn't work out for me. It's like my brain isn't wired that way. I first learned about PUA 8 years ago and I think that my progress has been a complete 0. It's the hardest thing ever. Is there something inside me self sabotagi…

I have tried faking being fun and interesting for 8 years. I think 0 progress. I probably just come off cringey and awkward or just boring.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
