2	Why Yoga will help your game She said yoga has not been the best place to meet guys for her. Before class she talked to a few while they wait for the teacher, but in her experience, they were not interesting. After class, impossible, she runs from there! 1	Why Yoga will help your game Try a more advanced class. I had a professional soccer player that came just to try it, he was dying after the class!! 2	Why Yoga will help your game Exactly, the ego stays outside in yoga. Nobody is there to judge anybody on how well they hold a pose, it's not about that, it's about what it does for you. I know people that are amazing at holding poses, but the whole time they are thinking about work, drama, etc. they don't relax for a minute during the class... they are doing it completely wrong! 6	Why Yoga will help your game I agree with everything but the basketball shorts. They are too low on the crutch area, it's hard to stretch your legs open for me with something like that, I personally prefer running shorts. But it depends on how comfortable you feel... when I used jogging pants many years ago, I got girl ones because they are lower cut, nobody could tell... Just get black ones, not two-colored or pink!! 1	Why Yoga will help your game It depends on what class it is and how comfortable you feel. When I started going I used to wear a lose fitting t-shirt and jogging pants; if it was a hot room, I would wear shorts. I now take off my shirt as soon as I get wormed up. If you feel comfortable on the way you look, do it! Most yoga rooms I've gone to have mirrors, the girls can see you sweat, stretch, and you are pumped by all the workout you are doing, so you will look good. 3	Why Yoga will help your game I dated a couple, it took me a while to take them from the class to a date... But it was well worth it! I usually try to start with some small talk, ask them how they are able to do a pose, etc. just be genuine, whatever they say, take it seriously! If she tells you how they were able to do it, try next time, and at the end tell her how you did... It takes a while, but it's worth it, and yoga is awesome for you too. 6	Why Yoga will help your game I've been doing yoga for 15 years, I can assure you that it will be fine. Just try your best, I know a lot of yoga girls, I dated some, and seeing a guy struggle but try their best is a positive thing for you. Just make sure you take a shower before you go, wear deodorant, you will sweat a lot holding those poses!!
