Another thing. Understand the court language. I fucked up the first two times and they had me looking like a lost puppy. The language they use in there isn’t the same language we use in daily life. Once you understand the terms they use it becomes very easy to see how many get fucked over.

I don’t know about that brother. I just didn’t want to give a woman who did nothing for me take money out of my pocket. And I also had to think how would my daughter look at me when she’s older... Yeah I’m just going to tell you everything you do make sure you get someone to sign everything who you talk to at the court. Everything you mail make sure they have to sign it so if they say oh we didn’t receive it you have proof that someone signed it so they received it. The state regardless of which one it is always the problem. They tried to ban my passport but didn’t have the grounds to do so because I didn’t commit a crime so why would you label me a flight risk? You’re charging me on a false bases in which you want to take my wages and give to another individual which is a violation of the constitution. Honestly it was a lot of reading and understanding the words they would use I got a lot of my information from Rick on YouTube all the paperwork I needed I filed it myself and I had to read the child support handbook “yes that’s a thing” state law and federal law I had to basically become my own lawyer. The only way they can jail you is if you contracted an agreement with them. The lawyer is the first line of attack with this, they’ll add it inside the divorce decree and knowing your emotions are high they’ll use that against you especially if you go in without a lawyer that knows how much bs it is.
