How family courts can tear a man's life apart, false rape accusations which can do the same, and how marriages often end up very different than how they started. MGTOW is not necessarily about avoiding all these things, but more about making sure men are accurately aware of how the decisions they make can effect their future. And you can generally keep things in your control if you avoid, marriage, cohabitation, and pregnancy.

I think there is something to this, women definitely love competition. Having multiple "girlfriends" is a great way to stop any one from feeling better than you and looking down on you. I think this actually the main theme of a Ronin man video. Idk about you guys, but he's my favorite MGTOW thought leader.

Just don't rush getting married, and watch women as much as you can and see how annoying they really are most of the time. After a couple years you'll probably start thinking of ways to have kids without getting married.

Healthy, strong, financially secure, and good at some competitive endeavor. There can be over lap between those too, for instance your competitive endeavor being powerlifting or weightlifting is also getting you strong

I'd recommend getting a barbell and progressively loading weights on big compound exercises like squats, bench press, standing overhead press, rows and deadlifts. I would recommend following a progression pattern from a novice program like grey skull lp, ice cream fitness 2.0, starting strength, or stronglifts. Being as conditioned as you are should help with your recovery and overall progression on any of these programs. Feel free to keep doing pull ups and chin ups, but think about getting a b…
