The reason I got a source is because you didn't understand what I was saying the first time and you needed more context. You see where I said "for news articles, proper capitalization..." and then you said "Generally speaking, yes, that's how capitalization works..." just seemed like you needed things cleared up for you is all :)

No, for all news media that follows AP style for their headlines. Look at any proper newspaper headline and you'll see. From the AP Styleguide: "AP headlines cap only first word and proper names or proper abbreviations." Source: https://www.apstylebook.com/ask_the_editor_faq

Actually for news articles, proper capitalization is the first word of a sentence and proper nouns. It's titles of books and stuff where titles have most words capitalized.
