0	True king No, for all news media that follows AP style for their headlines. Look at any proper newspaper headline and you'll see. 1	True king Actually for news articles, proper capitalization is the first word of a sentence and proper nouns. It's titles of books and stuff where titles have most words capitalized.	/r/PussyPassDenied	17/02/21 07:08 PM
