For you and maybe OP. I can easily gain and lose weight. Since January, i gained 6 kilos (from 75 to 81) and then I cut back to 77. Overall, i have more muscle mass and less fat compared to when I was 75. Most of it is metabolism, and I am lucky as mine adapts pretty quickly. If you want to bulk up, that is, gain muscle mass, you can't be sitting around all day. You need to be eating more than what you consume and do sports. If I don't lift for 2 weeks I can already see some of my muscle mass go…

A major Italian company decided to let 5 high schoolers from my school ti have a one month intership in summer, the places were for IT or chemistry related. I wanted to apply immediately, but then I discovered that they opened it only to girls though since it was to "promote diversity and inclusion". There were around 15 boys (me included) who applied, we were all rejected. NO girl applied, so nobody took the opportunity. I remember when in class …

I study computer engineering and if I pass my finals I'll be graduating on July from my bachelor and I will continue with a Master's. I believe that it makes sense as long as you don't have to go deep into debt. The main advantages of a uni are: - network. Unis help with getting a headstart in meeting people and businesses in the industry - experiences such as studying abroad, teams for competitions and research - you have a course that you have to follow, which is better than learning completel…
