0	Feel like I am undeserving of intimacy As someone replied, you should try /r/NoFap, I think it can help you a lot. I'm not saying it will help you with every problem, but it's a good start, it will give you a confidence boost and you will learn some good stuff. The only thing that you have to consider is that starting nofap only because of the girls is wrong, it can help you in many other aspects of your life, most important confidence.
