One of my male friend is unfortunately like that, ALWAYS need that one last conversation (it is generally more like, 5 or more) so he could understand more WHY she wanted to leave him, and explain his point of view on the 'situation' (he cheated. twice.). I made him cry in a restaurant, telling him he was harassing the poor girl and that she doesn't gave a shit about him anymore. (he also told me he "complained" about me to his therapist for what I said and how I said it, and the therapist appar…

Omg I just had an epiphany. Do guys really want you to come when they say that? LOL. I'm not in the market for a while now, but when I was younger, I always thought it was the polite way to tell me they don't actually want me there, so I always declined.

Absolutely. I like sarcasm to be fair..... my bff is extremely sarcastic and she make me laugh to tears almost every time I see her. But when it's at the core of your personality and you cannot shut the fuck up about how much sarcastic you are, you're probably just an asshole.

Right there with you up until the five years mark. But mine wasn't either successful, smart or even handsome, lol. My self esteem at 17 wasn't great 😂

Let's just play the game and say he's scared, ok? Do you really want to start a relationship with a guy who is fucking SCARED to ask you out? What will he be afraid of later? To call you his girlfriend? To live with you? There is a risk here that you'll always need to move the relationship foward because he wont, I wouldn't take that chance.

I've read at least twice in other subreddit men saying they always have feminine hygiene products in their house for their female guests in case of an emergency. If I recall correctly, they were guys growing up in a house full of women/girls. People replying said it was a great idea and it shows empathy and understanding toward women or something like that. Maybe he get that idea there? I would probably ask.

That's what I was about to say....first time it happened to me I was 16. We had a little group of friends in some class and one of the guy stopped talking to me one day for no apparent reason. One of the girl in the group told me privately that he thought I was into him and it made him uncomfortable. I. Wasn't. I know because I was all over another loser during that time (but it's for another story).

Are we supposed to be outraged by the ''men list'' or the ''women's''? Because the ''men list'' is way more sad and pathetic.

I jumped in ALL those bandwagons when I was a teenager while simultaneously thinking I was "unique" and "not like the other girls". Fucking embarassing.

did I wrote this in my sleep or what. Seriously though, based on the fact that those were wide spread opinions just show how much vulnerable we are to mass media influence.

I've heard shit advices from some older women around me, but fortunately, women in my family didn't follow the trend and they all want the best of the best for me and my cousins.
