I said right in my post that redpill's self-improvement principles aren't exclusive to it and that I started my self-improvement journey years before knowing about redpill. Many of its self-improvement principles (minus the toxic applications) were congruent with ideas I already knew. Maybe "what I learned..." would be a more fitting title for it than "what it's right about...". I also read the sidebar before making it and there's nothing in it that goes against the rules here.
