I really like r/leftwingmaleadvocates. It dosent have the "image" that this sub has for some reason so it's more appealing to those who are super femanazi. I hate that this sub has a bad image to moderates tho it's really anoying.

Just because you see these problems caused by men every day dosent mean you don't have problems you live with caused by women. Same thing with men. We don't see the problems women live with. They don't see the problems we live with but that doesn't mean either exist. Thing is most women don't shut up about being cat called but when men complain about the family court system or not being able to express emotion we are silenced.

If they want any kind of dialogue they would allow contravercial opinions even if they counter their beliefs.

Did you know you can also care about women's issues as well as men's? Someone tell r/femanism that.

I'm not a perfect roll model for it but I support women's rights. That's pretty equality based if you ask me. I wouldn't call myself a feminist because I agree the term has been misshapen from what it used to mean. But we shouldn't discredit what it used to represent.
/r/MensRights02/08/20 05:01 AM

They will say the same thing about men's rights. Stop paying attention to the people who claim to be femanists but aren't. We are all fighting the same battle it's not against each other. Some people who claim to be femanists are sexist and same with MRA'S. Don't get all your information about femanism from r/femanism they are toxic fucking sexists.

I keep having to say this but we have to remember that this clearly isn't someone who wants equality between the genders. You can be a mens rights actavist and a femanist at the same time kids. Don't get distracted by the people who pretend they are for equality but aren't. Also. Fuck this girl
/r/MensRights02/08/20 02:53 AM

Came here to say this. It's obviously primarily the problem of men but that dosent mean people shouldn't know about it.

The sex Ed in my area just got reduced funding (Ontario Canada) feel bad for those highschool kids.

I personally think better sexual education will teach both sexes what is and isn't right. like some girls don't know men can even be raped, if it is taught at the same time you kill 2 birds with one stone. Better sexual education is always good.

A lot of the posts here are pointing out the flaws in feminism instead of helping men's rights. No problem in that but it does give this sub a bad view. Also... Go fuck yourself making fun of men's bodies
/r/MensRights31/07/20 02:13 AM

That's not very equality of you bro
/r/MensRights24/07/20 02:59 AM

I'm no expert... But it dosent sound like you are that surprised...
/r/MensRights24/07/20 02:46 AM

It's really hard to preach equality when you also say that.
/r/MensRights24/07/20 02:18 AM

That dosent surprise me. There is probably a checklist for the bot to ban people and having intellectual conversation is definitely one of them.
/r/MensRights24/07/20 02:08 AM

That must have been very dificult for you! Dang those posts take a lot of effort! Why the fuck did I even bother with that subredit.
/r/MensRights24/07/20 02:06 AM

I wouldn't be surprised if they had a hot that checks if you are a member of a mens rights subreddit and insta ban you whenever you comment.
/r/MensRights24/07/20 02:05 AM
2

Man it fucking should be. If you are focusing on equality between the sexes why not target that entire region? The sex trade? Women literally being second class people.
/r/MensRights24/07/20 02:00 AM
2

I don't necessarily agree because they could say the same about men's rights actavists. Just because you are one dosent mean you can't be the other or advocate for the other side as well. However r/feminism does NOT see it that way.
/r/MensRights24/07/20 01:45 AM

Yes. Yes. Absolutely.
/r/MensRights24/07/20 01:40 AM

Yea I mostly believe in the free speech side as long as it doesn't threaten anyone or infringe on someone's rights. I'm mostly a part of that sub because I like to see what subs to avoid due to bad moderators.

Technically I said men and women rights. But that's to much for them also.
/r/MensRights24/07/20 01:30 AM

Reddit is not a good space for feminism and it shows by how these subreddits treat people. It's hard to find good viewpoints any more that don't turn into echo chambers. And whenever someone does try to bring in a different view it's the ban hammer.
/r/MensRights24/07/20 01:29 AM
1

Yes
/r/MensRights24/07/20 01:14 AM

If they cared as much about free speech and conversation In their subreddit as they care about being a echo chamber they might get some good change done.

My bad r/watchredditdie I spelled it wrong but I would highly recommend
/r/MensRights24/07/20 01:12 AM

You sound like someone who should be in r/warchreditdie. And you should it's a great subredit for showing the abuse of power mods have

/r/MensRights24/07/20 12:42 AM

A lot of them on redit do yea. Learned that today the easy way I guess. The culture of men hating really hurts the message theyabre trying to send.
/r/MensRights24/07/20 12:41 AM
1

That's it... Everyone gets equality now because I'm taking everyone's rights away
/r/MensRights24/07/20 12:34 AM
1

Really? Damn they hate everyone for spitting facts.
/r/MensRights24/07/20 12:29 AM

That's the one. I always think to myself if I had absolute power would I be corupted as well? Then I look at history and think yes probably. No matter how good I see myself that quote always lingers in my power fantasies.

Did you get an explanation from the mod team? Because I don't expect to but it would be interesting if someone had experience

How dare you put my exact thoughts into words? Yep fuck what this movement turned into.
/r/MensRights24/07/20 12:18 AM

I know a lot personally and they don't believe the same. It's really hard for me right now to say that it's not the norm Thom because clearly on redit it is.
/r/MensRights24/07/20 12:17 AM
1

No those facts don't fit my narrative! Ahhhh! Absolutely not discounting female rape. Rapists should be fucking killed regardless of gender.
/r/MensRights24/07/20 12:16 AM

You know what they say about infinite power
/r/MensRights24/07/20 12:15 AM

They give a terrible name for a movement that had good intentions. It's a shame they hate free speach as much as they like being an echo chamber.

Oh no you are definitely right on the nose.

Femanists say the exact same thing about mra's earlier today I posted the same meme in a femanist sub as this one and all of them though the exact same thing as you. I'm not saying you are wrong I do believe that a lot of them straight up don't care about men's rights or mental health and are terrible people but thish shouldn't speak for all of them. Like the guy who's the most downvoted under this post. We wouldn't want all femanists thinking mra's are like them so we shouldn't do the same. A l…
/r/MensRights24/07/20 12:01 AM

Do men get raped at similar rates? Maybe I'm way more out of the loop than I originally thought.
/r/MensRights23/07/20 11:58 PM
1

Saying the only way to rape is penateation is a objectively sexist law and incredibly stupid yea. I didn't even know that existed until today.
/r/MensRights23/07/20 11:45 PM
8

That's absolutely fucked.
/r/MensRights23/07/20 11:39 PM
2

I want you to explain to me why being a mens rights actavist who also believes in women's rights is simping. Just explain that. Then maybe I can understand where you are coming from.
/r/MensRights23/07/20 11:39 PM
1

Who do things that start with such a good message always get fucked.
/r/MensRights23/07/20 11:22 PM
1

Your a fucking clown buddy. Wanting the sexes to be equal is what we should be going for. Femanism has it's flaws of course and so does men's rights. But I guess I don't have to tell you that, being the embodiment of flawed men's rights and all. Just because they advocate for women's issues dosent mean they don't care about men's. Just because I advocate for men's dosent mean I don't care about women's. That's not simping that's being a human being.
/r/MensRights23/07/20 11:21 PM
3

I don't 100% agree with your point. HOWEVER taking away your freespeach is what's ruining redit for me. if you can't say your opinion without being scilenced how will we ever have proper discussion?
/r/MensRights23/07/20 11:19 PM
6

They are making it so people who believe in the message that they are peddling but have some problems with different aspects are scilenced in order to protect the narrative. It's not truly representative of the whole. there were plenty of women commenting on that post saying generalising mra's is bad. But the extremist femanists who run the sub really like it when all men are the enemy.
/r/MensRights23/07/20 11:16 PM
4

What kind of laws have they manipulated to ignore males? I'm a bit out of the loop I guess. Again don't group all femanist into the same group as those extremists morons who made that post.
/r/MensRights23/07/20 11:11 PM
1

Feminism should be in support for bringing up women's issues. That sub is just sexist. Your comment dosent help mens rights actavists case tho.
/r/MensRights23/07/20 11:10 PM
8

That's just blatant disregard of facts. That sub is just exteimists sexist people pretending to vouch for equality. Not real feminism. If you can even call feminism equality any more.
/r/MensRights23/07/20 11:08 PM
3

It's really sad to see honestly. I wish there was a better place to discuss both men's and women's rights without being banned by radical idiots.
/r/MensRights23/07/20 10:55 PM
9

I wish there was a femanist sub similar to r/menslib which wasn't so cult like while still bringing up the important parts of femanism
/r/MensRights23/07/20 10:43 PM
1

That is very similar to what's happening here to yea. Just twisting the narrative in whatever way people want. Happens equality on men's rights and femanist subs. Same with left and rights subs. Really sad and prevents proper conversation.
/r/MensRights23/07/20 10:42 PM
2

I wish it hadn't. I respect people who fight equally on both sides and point out hypoxracy so much but that isn't possible any more I guess.
/r/MensRights23/07/20 10:41 PM

Could you catch me up I'm not to familiar with that situation?
/r/MensRights23/07/20 10:29 PM

I just commented and got instantly banned. Fucking garbage subreddit.
/r/MensRights23/07/20 10:15 PM

I just commented on that post that generalisation is bad and I got perma banned. They hate free speech and the truth I guess.
/r/MensRights23/07/20 10:07 PM

Typically I think taking something to the extreme means wrong. Not always obviously but that's what I intended in the meme. So when women say kill all men I think that's extreme and wrong. I also don't think it's proper feminism so j ignore it unless someone says it to my face.
/r/MensRights23/07/20 09:18 PM

That's what I fucking said and nope
/r/AntiFeminists23/07/20 07:45 PM

It's good that we can recognize sexism trying to mask itself as men's rights. I posted this same meme in a femanist subredit and they did not react the same. Which is genuinely a shame because I thought we were all better than this.
/r/AntiFeminists23/07/20 07:43 PM

Someone from the kkk would bring up the 13/50 statistic in order to show how bad black people are. I would use it in order to bring attention to the problems facing the black community which need attention.
/r/MensRights23/07/20 07:30 PM
-5

Not at all. I even had one person tell me they don't exist. Edit: in the r/femanism sub they said that there are no femanist extremist not here. Still don't understand why I was downvoted but ok.
/r/MensRights23/07/20 05:46 PM

They don't like my free speaking
/r/MensRights23/07/20 05:35 PM

I posted this in both this subreddit and a much more feminist subredit to guage the responses. Both essentially said the same thing that it's the other side does it more! No one was able to come to an agreement that it's the retarded extremists on both sides causing the divide
/r/MensRights23/07/20 05:18 PM

Hey hey hey... This took some effort
/r/MensRights23/07/20 04:21 PM

I'm not on Twitter but I would not say it's a good measure. Just because something is trending dosent mean people believe or understand it. Just look at the #blackouttuesday thing
/r/MensRights23/07/20 04:19 PM

Because it's trending on Twitter it must be true!

They are advocating for women's rights just like we are advocating for men's. There are some toxic garbage people there just like here but don't let that away your view that we all just want to be treated right.

That's a strange definition for something so similar to "flanking the flames" but yea I was wrong
/r/MensRights13/07/20 01:11 PM

Fueling the flames so to speak. Fanning the fire? Basically making things worse on purpose
/r/MensRights13/07/20 01:01 PM

I said this out loud today and I'm happy I'm not the only one.
