I don't know where she's saying she was raped. And false assault charges doesn't make this a MR issue...

Why is this subreddit always filled with irrelevant articles? This seems like an LGBT issue...

Please don't listen to all this ridiculous sensationalist bullshit that the people are spewing here. Rape culture DOES exist. Rape Culture centers itself around the idea that people downplay rape, make jokes about it, display it positively in media, and etc. Basically, it just fucking downplays rape or encourages it, so that people get a wrong idea about what rape truly means to a victim which causes people to become rapists.

This is sensationalist bullshit.

But men are in power politically. From the Senators, to the President, and to the CEOs who have them in their pockets, men are the main ones in power. I don't see how feminism can be so demonized by the media to the point where you'll see a large amount of women with a grossly distorted view of what feminism is and what is can be. I don't think feminism or the media have created these harmful perceptions against men that have been happening for ages during patriarchy. It's just silly to deny tha…

Every single thing can be spun into a Men's Right issue on this subreddit though. I don't trust strangers in general with my stuff, including my own trash.

Maybe she can take the trash herself and she doesn't need someone to do it for her? I'm sorry but sometimes thing are creepy, and I don't see how you should blame your girlfriend for thinking that being creepy is even possible. Hell, he even disobeyed her wishes when it came to her own trash. Sorry, creepy and seedy people exist. Just because you think someone is a "nice enough guy" from all of the 12 seconds that you have known him doesn't mean he is.

They're making theories about whether she'll cry rape or something. Honestly this doesn't belong here but people just like venting about women here whether it has anything to do with MR or not.

During last night’s BET Awards, she stayed on message, happily celebrating the fact that now that she’s married she can have all the sweaty, R&B induced sex she’d like. So since the woman is black she has "R&B induced" sex? Umm...

It's a silly game where most of the time is spent less on real issues but more on making up some sensationalist crap about feminism.

lmfao like MRA won't jump on an opinion they agree with. Don't be so full if yourself. They're agreeing on a opinion and you're trying so hard to make it out to be something they're not.

Look, I understand that empowering women whether it's for equal treatment or more is technically "feminism", but that doesn't mean the majority of feminists believe that. I understand these laws are "feminist" but that doesn't mean that feminists agree with them. At the end of the day though, it's good to make friends with feminists who are there with you on your causes because they can be MRAs too. Some feminists ARE out to get you. Some MRAs are out to attack women. That doesn't make them all …

Can you point me to where a majority of feminists agree that competent fathers should not have the right to their children? Can you point me to where the majority of feminists agree that men are just naturally "creepy" therefore they shouldn't be allowed to step foot near kids? These laws are in place because of "misandry". They're not here because feminists are trying to screw over men. They're here because society as a whole is fucked up and believes that women deserve their kids much more tha…

If a guy wanted to save his girlfriend, good for him. It's silly to be questioning if this woman deserved her life when she was a part of a horrific event. The woman didn't make the decision to have her life be saved by her boyfriend. Liberals, White Knights, and Feminists shouldn't just have a problem with this. EVERYONE should have a problem with a person being told he/she didn't deserve to survive a tragedy.

Feminism and Men's Rights aren't enemies. Both groups deal with different groups of people who suffer different issues. That doesn't mean they work against each other. Legislature needs to be passed. People need to dedicate themselves to a certain because getting stuff passed isn't simple nor is it easy. That doesn't mean they are the enemies of anybody. People should be proud to be feminists. That means you believe that women are equals. That's really all there is to it. There's nothing that im…

The same could be done with people on Men's Rights. A lunatic on Twitter doesn't represent a cause. One prominent figure doesn't even represent an entire cause. It's all pointless and silly.

There is nothing wrong with feminism. It's about believing women deserve equal rights. Which means that men have the same laws as women which means there is no disparity... That doesn't mean it's about discussing Men's Rights. And that's not actually a problem because you can actually advocate both feminism and Men's Rights. But sometimes, you have to focus on one issue to get things done at a time. Believe it or not women and men suffer completely different issues. People just don't have time t…

But that's like a huge part of this subreddit. I see a load of major threads on this subreddit being dedicated to pointing out one idiot or one incident and acting like all of feminism is about that. It's more dedicated to pointing out one idiot on FB, twitter, or Reddit than it is about real issues. I honestly don't even get the flack /r/feminism gets. I am male and I face a shit ton of problems involving misandry, and I get no man hating or actual anti-MRA vibes there. The only thing I see is …
