i hope so too! but wouldn’t a hvm would want to let the world know he’s taken, and reciprocate her enthusiasm by adding her to his bio. but maybe he’s hv in other ways… 🙄

Love that he’s trying to use the LGBT community when one is him trying to justify his attraction to naive young girls trying to figure them selves out and the other is an attraction to other types of people who are legally and socially the appropriate age…

If you want to meet more, I suggest you mention that you would like to meet more often. Observe his reaction. You should never feel confused or uncomfortable while dating someone. Don’t be afraid to drop him if he does not want to make an effort to meet, without a valid excuse. Although, there should be no reason not to see you if he’s really interested in you.

The lady on the left is very rude. She thinks she’s helping with the conversation but she keeps talking over the Lana and making false comparisons about how being asked for a handjob behind a dumpster (albeit disgusting and degrading) is the same as being forced to ingest vomit and urine?? Libfems really are an aid to the patriarchy. Lana needs to go onto a different platform that can affirm her experiences and let her know that she WAS raped and that the porn industry needs to be taken down. Th…

it’s so bizarre that men have so much contempt for women but will marry them and have kids with them. why can’t they just be by themselves and wallow in their self pity and loathing and just leave women alone? not only ruining women but there’s no way their children will grow up in a healthy environment, already ruining a new generation before it’s even started. terrible.

I don’t really understand some of these comments saying otherwise? OP clearly said LVM may not actively pursue HVW because they’re LAZY, but they still desire HVW. Desire =/= Pursue

Your feeling should always matter!! You wouldn’t do this to someone you cared about, so why would you allow yourself to have your emotions dismissed?? Him not caring that you are upset is terrible. Dump him now!!! He will cheat on you if he hasn’t already. He’s already set up the scene for him and his ex in YOUR presence, so imagine when you’re NOT there. Your feelings are real and MATTER!!

Tell EVERYONE you know, let your neighbors know, document everything that is happening, get locks, a surveillance system, ALWAYS have your location sent to people you trust like family and friends whenever you leave your home!!!!! Honestly, I know this might not be within reach but if you can even somehow move, that’d be great. This is how women go missing or get k*lled! Please be safe and vigilant!!! Gosh this is terrible.

To be quite honest, I highly doubt that they’re “living happily” if he’s this kind of man: slept with his current girlfriend’s friend right before he got with her. He’s definitely a piece of shit. Men who say things like “we aren’t mind readers” are manipulative and absolute liars. I’ll say that I’m not the prettiest, however I dress myself accordingly. Light makeup, accessories etc. When men see me in public, they jump through hoops just to help me get things that I need, move out of my pathway, and I won’t even say much! Men are, dare I say, JUST AS perceptive as women. If it seems like they are not acknowledging your needs or wants, or don’t seem to be picking up social cues or body la…

I always found it repulsive that generally, men name objects that “withstand the test of time” after “she”. eg. ships, motorcycles, cars, guns, etc. Luckily I’ve never been compared to an inanimate object to my face but I really wish a male would try it. 🙄

Thank you for relating this back to the average woman!! Saweetie, although presents herself very honestly I believe, is an online personality! SPOILER: Okay, I read the article, but I guess didn’t understand the relationship between the book and the reality, that some scenes in the movie were scenes played out from the book the character was writing. I thought that she was writing what actually happened as we were progressing through the movie. That clears up a lot. I remember being very frustrated when I saw that “proposal” scene. It’s perfectly fine to want specific things in a man. After all, you’re the one who will be experiencing him, so make it enjoyable. I’m tired of women feeling like they’re shallow if they want things in life. And even if it was shallow, so what? You deserve what you want.

Women expend all this emotional and analytical energy for men who don’t even give back a fraction of that same energy. We know damn well he’s not analyzing her behavior the same way she’s analyzing his behavior, if he’s even thinking of her at all. 8 dates is a lot lol. Sometimes you have to say no to dates. Do not accept every date he offers because you should have other plans. Don’t be readily available to this guy. Embrace what? That he’s a sick fuck? How men are just walking down streets fantasizing about raping women? Well just know this. If he’s not attracted to you, don’t waste your time. It’s not a you-problem. It’s a them-problem. Never invest too much, early in a relationship so you don’t become attached. Practice emotional control and detachment to a health level. Focus on leveling yourself up for you, yourself, and you. It’s not your business whether a guy that is not yours is attracted to you or not. Men find anything that moves attractive. Focus on finding yourself attractive mentally and physically,…

Leave him. He should not be making such comments. He knows it’s rude and it lacks empathy. Even if you try to cOmMuNiCaTe with him, he will neg you further. Even if it’s “fixed”, I promise you will never get this sour taste out of your mouth, and for the rest of your relationship you will constantly feel that he’s still silently judging you. So dump this p.o.s.

This shows that this guy isn’t making you a priority. He should know that you have a life and will be making other plans if he doesn’t step up. Please please please replace him with the other person. But just a rule of thumb: Always be busy/preoccupied! Never “wait” for a guy to make plans. Either he makes plans or you move on. And if he messages you later today, either ignore him or tell him that you made other plans because he didn’t give you any concrete details about a time or place. That’ll…

I’m personally not in your situation but read the handbook. The FDS handbook (check the main page to find it) strictly says NO moving in together/“wifey” privileges before marriage. But if you want to go ahead with it, like you’ve mentioned, you have to make it clear to your partner that you must get married within a certain time frame or he’s out. Do not give him any leeway to extend that time frame. Good luck!

Babe it’s heartbreaking to read this!! I’m telling you, you HAVE to reach out to ANYBODY you know (anyone you know who’s not going to report back to him) that may allow you to live with them for a while. If there’s any embarrassment or pride, put it aside. Please be willing to ask anyone you know!! You’d be surprised who would be open to letting you stay. Continue looking at shelters as well. This guy needs to fuck off. Imagine you had a regular friend who told you they wouldn’t be friends with you until you changed something about yourself. I’m sure you would see it as a clear sign to dip. Stop making excuses girl. The moment you have to try to justify his actions, that’s when you leave!! You’re already on the path to being the woman you want to be by acknowledging that something isn’t right. The next thing to do is forgive yourself. Know that you are deserving of a better life. You truly deserve it! No sex. For a long time. Not until you get where you need to be, mentally. Care for yourself like you’re a baby. Be gentle with how you treat yourself, pamper yourself, focus on career/hobby goals you have. Make your life all about you. Move if you can, because it might give you a li…

He raped!! you, and constantly pushes your boundaries. Also, the age gap between you two is alarming. He will NOT change over next few years for anything, not for you, not with therapy, nothing. He’s a rapist, a predator and a cheater. It’s going to be like this for the rest of the marriage. That is why you should listen to what everyone is telling you here, and LEAVE. Take the baby and leave.

one thing you need to know about men is that they know what they’re doing. the whole “communicate with him” is bullshit. nothing you say will make him care enough to want to communicate. men will do something if they want to do something. and you’re not dating him so there was no need for all this in the first place. drop him!

it depends on what the insecurities are and how he handles the insecurity. do these insecurities and anxieties get in the way of his life? your life? does it get to the point where it feels like you constantly have to reassure him? essentially does this inconvenience you? and how is he dealing with it? because if you answered yes to these, he needs therapy and you probably need to break up with him. if it’s just that he gets anxious in public/ big crowds of peoples, or has some little personal i…

You shouldn’t be doing any strange tricks. You need to genuinely focus on yourself, your hobbies, friends, career, etc. Do not obsess yourself over him. Fall back and don’t do any heavy lifting. For a relationship to work, the man must show a bit more interest in the relationship than the woman, and it seems like that is not the case here, so please focus on other things. If he can’t step up, leave him.

I agree with the OP. “Whres in this house There's some whres in this house There's some whres in this house There's some whres in this house (Hol' up)” These are the actual lyrics that played throughout the song. As a black woman, this song was highly offensive and embarrassing to say the least. The argument is that women are taking what men say about women, and making money off of it which is empowerment. I simply do not agree. It reinforces the idea that women’s bodies are used as a means to s…

if you’re looking for a long term relationship, run immediately. he should not be saying, much less thinking, these things if the plan is to create a long term relationship with each other. of course, we all should be thinking this way in general, but in this society? nope. red flag.

If you’re still feeling this way about these men, you need to step out of dating completely and perhaps go to therapy!!! ASAP! Dating seems like the last thing you should be doing if you’re still traumatized this much by your ex. But I also want to add that I fail to see why you think you don’t deserve respect, love, attention, etc. Try to give yourself one tangible reason why you don’t deserve these things, because I can guarantee you that you wouldn’t find one. You were born deserving. No buts…

I promise you this is VERY common among women. I will tell you though, do not lower your standards. Would you REALLy want to be with a man that was ready to leave you for sex that easily? Is that the kind of attention you want? Men like that? Men’s attention is worth pure shit. You need to unpack why you feel like you need men’s attention to feel worthy.

I personally would step away from the drama. Why was he with a woman who wanted a child when he knew he didn’t want one in the first place? It’s fine wanting to be childfree! But that means picking your partners accordingly. I feel bad for the woman, who is potentially raising a child with a man who wants nothing to do with the child. This is not your relationship. If he needs an ear, he can go to a therapist.

that friend is setting you up for failure. once a man has told you with his own mouth that he’s “not really feeling it”, that is immediately a blaring red flag. it seems he even listed out the things you’re not. run the other way!! do not contact this man ever again and perhaps reevaluate your friendship with that other person.

yes it’s a very bad idea actually. if you get no pleasure from doing this, stop it immediately. stop serving what doesn’t serve you. and BTW if you feel like you have to physically stop your man from looking elsewhere, that’s an immediate red flag. you’re partner should never make you worry about something like that.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/05/20 07:23 PM

well think about it this way. he’s not considering your feelings when he’s being unnecessarily obsessive, and untrusting, so why should you consider his? you’re not responsible for anyone else’s feelings but your own!

I think this is great honestly. It’s definitely coming from a good place however, a lot of people are broken and marriage does not always equal a great parent-child relationship. If a man could not commit before marriage, he definitely won’t commit BECAUSE of marriage. But maybe I didn’t interpret the tweet correctly.
