Well, I spent quite some time in the same place and was rejected several times, that’s why he noticed me. I alway try to have long conversations and instadates if possible. It works with tourists that are on a walk but the locals usually have a destination. I make a list because I like to make statistics and analyse my level. You know what they say: if it can be measured, it can be improved. Thanks for the advice, though! :)

I just made a random comment like "you have nice photos" then a question related to one of their photos. Many had photos with babies and I said "who's the cute baby?"
