I believe I understand where you are coming from. You believe there are elements of tradecraft and manipulation for some ulterior motive. And there are, but the reason is not as sinister as you think, nor is its use necessarily an indication of his lack of inner game or something. He focuses on "the self" a lot. And what he is basically saying in that article is that you have to like yourself and already feel fulfilled to be successful. Women are not just reading your words, but the structure of…

I actually know John Keegan. I saw the article about him in the NY times and I contacted him for coaching. I feel like he does those mechanical things because he's try to demonstrate just how easy it is to start a conversation, since most people usually stop in their tracts and start questioning whether what they have to say is good or clever enough. He did this way before I met him, so I don't know if you are right, but from what I've seen of him, he probably knew it would get a good reaction a…

I agree, but a bit mean-spirited.

I completely disagree, sir! You condition away fear--and you grow the parts of yourself that you might not otherwise express. Likewise, your lack of fear will allow you to induce another person to be open and overcome their own. I feel like in order to get through any of the stages mentioned, you have to turn your goal in on itself, and enjoy the actual process. You don't lose your emotions, you just become in control of them and you stop living in your head and actually looking for responses an…

Thanks for the advice. Those first few steps are pretty hard; it's pretty easy to get discouraged by rejection, especially in the beginning when that's all you receive.

Your friend "slept" with someone....in the bathroom? In Times Square?

Exactly. You are not doing a good job of taking the lead; take the advice above.

I'm also on pof, and I've been working on my game for a while. You sound a little dull and you are pushing the genius/intellectual thing too much. You kinda rambled in the beginning, and it seems like you are frustrated and not in control. Have at least 3 pictures. Your facial expression in this one looks bored and a little lonely. anonym123 and RyanFap make good points in fixing what you wrote. Take that advice. You might want to experiment a little, like I did. I made 2 profiles with different…

awesome story. I have to check out that RSD material. But do you think opening with kino works anywhere but bars? Can't really think of too many situations, like in the daytime, that it would work. Then again, that is not based on experience, just some limiting belief or other. I think I'll try it and see. Maybe I'll have a cool story too. but nice work!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
