I never hit her etc eventho she made up insane stories of abuse, I think that part may hurt you but shouldnt unless theres indicia of harm against children. She even said I beat my 1yr old child etc, all bs, did all the psychs etc, classes all that. Then the lawyer argued and judge allowed. Honestly, if my business wasnt doing well, i wouldve crashed out; funny thing is, I started my biz 5 months prior to her running off, before that we lived off of 60k a yr so paying that much in legal expenses…

took me 1 yr to see my daughter unsupervised; 1.5yrs to get overnights. 2nd yr hopefully divorce is finalized. i missed her first words; spent over 150k on attny & psych fees. ill nvr understand why she did this, but ill nvr forgive her. its not just the false allegations, its that ppl want to destroy u, and u have to pay for it. i dnt think ill ever b the same

Thanks, yeah, in ny, all about moms. 2yrs no job, idk how shes going to survive wo maintenance; just child support. But she chose this life. It sucks tho, bc i see how trash family court is, the lawyers dont do shit and charge out the ass, its not real law. You can tell everyones in it to just wet their beak

Please dont, its a tactic, 2 yrs ive been going thru divorce/custody. Scorched earth, lies about abuse to child and her. I missed out on my childs first words, missed 7 months of her life when she was almost 2, she damn near forgot me. I went thru so much crap, psychs, supervisors, i did it all for a yr and finally was able to get unsupervised visits. Mind u, im a lawyer, clean record, nothing at all but courts took her word. 18 months i got every other weekend. 2 months ago, i get 4 days biweek…

Im 200k in, its unfathomable to amount of money this bs costs, this is just attny, psych etc fees. I told her before to just take 100k, get a house, no need to go to court, we have a child. She went scorched earth for the last 2 yrs. Ive spent more money than I ever made in a yr. Its a fn racket. Luckily i started a biz the same yr she left and its doing real well so I can eat this but it still hurts like a mofo. The courts dnt care; can u blame them if the woman u had a child with can make all …

What boggles my mind is that they leave this soft, entitled life for one of misery, lower standard of life (mine didnt even work) and go scorched earth to make sure theres no coming back (i wouldve helped her out if she didnt) none of it makes sense

No, the way theyre treating me in court ud think im some gangster. She ranaway to canada for 5months, comes back bc i filed a hangue petition, is she was in canada for 6 months they would have jurisdiction and id be fighting the custody there (hence why she did all this). Comes back put false charges of child abuse on me, spousal abuse for the 5yrs i was married and a protective order. I lived thru hell; missed my daughters life from 18m to 2.5 & then court allowed me to see her for 4hrs once a …

Fk exactly this, we just came from a trip from caribean, stayed at some luxury spots, stuff i didnt think id be able to do. Once we got back, made a huge fight over nothing. Left w the kid, made me think we just needed space, last month & half have just been talking shit & dragging me to all of out mutual fam & friends. I really have been dumbfounded by the 180

This is shrewd. She cant run shit, all she did was stay home, watch tv & at best cook 3x a week. Btch didnt even lemme borrow from her savings to pay rent & bills while i was starting the biz. Took me a mont & a half to get to grips with the reality theyre going hard to f me

Fuck, i havent filed anything yet. But she knows it alllllll. Insane they could use my only good year to hold me for a high alimony & CS when i made shit for 4yrs. I will go to a lawyer next week. The way theyve been moving i think theyve already had one for months.

They started bringing up all this random arguements we had over the last few yrs, nothing ever too serious to family friends etc. once she got to canada. We had a bs arguement, i forgot about it. She planned to go canada, i signed consent for child. Everything was fine, then once she got to canada started all this bs.
