The problem is that there's no simple solution to this. Sure there is. A woman should have to prove to the court, produce itemized receipts every month to account for how the money is being spent. No more monthly shopping sprees, purses, pedicures, etc. A man would go to jail if he didn't pay it. A woman should be charged with fraud if she isn't spending the child support money as intended.
