Don’t compliment her all the time, don’t blow up her phone, don’t make her your #1 priority. She needs to view you as the prize not the other way around. Also it seems like you might be a little fixated on her. Don’t catch a case of oneitis.

Sounds like you are your own worst enemy. As long as you compare yourself to others you’ll find your short comings. You’re probably not as bad looking as you think, and you seem intelligent and successful based on your studies. Maybe devote some time to the gym to improve your physique. Most importantly try to lose the negative perception you have about yourself.
