Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand and Martin Eden by Jack London for fiction. Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari and Sex at Dawn by Christopher Ryan for nonfiction. Also Can't Hurt Me by David Goggins is good for motivation and also just a really interesting biography.

On a side note, I would not recommend getting a PhD unless you want to do research or teach or just must absolutely know more about your chosen field.

There are only a few things one can control in their life, but you can control the time you put in the gym and what you put in your mouth. Hit the gym, eat right. Physical fitness and work ethic are fundamental for almost everything good that has come in my life.

Sorry man, we all slip up from time to time. Sometimes you get caught, sometimes you don't. Try to take this as a learning experience:/

Yep this is surprisingly common and easy for girls to do. Can you blame them though?

One step at a time man. Go for a run, try to meditate, read some literature which isn’t too difficult (“Martin Eden” by Jack London is a good one, especially for guys in this sub). Start small, just be a tiny amount better each day. For me, physical exercise, tidiness, and organizational principles for my life. As Jordan Peterson would say (look him up, he had a lot of good things to say), start by cleaning up your room

Hit the gym, read your science books. You’ll be on top in no time if you stay disciplined and focused. My success with girls practically was exponential once I hit my mid to late twenties, not to mention my bank account too. Stay on the path

Tinder can be useful. Had tons of success on it outside the US, especially in South America where I get some exotic points (and not to mention the women are much more feminine there). Much more of a waste of time in the US in my experience

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
