| 1 | Coworker dynamic helpActually to follow up, normal is at least saying hi bc we always would when crossing paths. I totally get not attempting to chat/make small talk/try to get food or drinks. Would you suggest that or continue the ignoring? | /r/askTRP | 13/05/16 01:32 AM |
| 1 | Coworker dynamic helpOk, but I don't really care what the driver is. What are thoughts on confronting her (non hostile) about the behavior towards each other? | /r/askTRP | 12/05/16 12:37 PM |
| 1 | Coworker dynamic helpI'll admit, you're definitely right in that I've invested myself in her over time. I'd like to think she invested in me too, but if she's perfectly fine with the mutual ignoring, then clearly she hasn't. Probably a better idea to wait for her to make the first move, if that ever happens. I definitely think it's childish but I could be rationalizing because I do miss the days when we were close (or at least I perceived us to be close) | /r/askTRP | 12/05/16 05:34 AM |
