It took me a while to decide, but I finally set my goals. No: - Porn and/or stroking the purple-headed yogurt slinger. - Social media (including Reddit, other than to continue studying TRP). - Online video games. Once a day: - Work on my graduate school applications (4 top 10 programs in the nation).

I read AT LEAST 30 minutes right before I go to bed, but usually I read much more throughout the day. A lot of people on here simply read self-improvement books and that's fine, but reading fiction offers benefits as well. Studies have shown (unfortunately I don't have them on mobile) that reading fiction allows you to read social situations and develop an understanding of the world. For example, I recently finished The Chamber by John Grisham, which helped me to form my opinion on the death pen…

You're right about me being able to see a bit of myself in your post, so I'll focus on that to give you some insight. You're on the right path, but you're just not going about it correctly. To me, it sounds like the decisions you're making to quit smoking, beating off, and smoking are all because TRP says you should. It's good advice BUT IT ABSOLUTELY NEEDS TO BE WHAT YOU WANT TO DO. Everyone has vices and nobody here has completely gotten rid of theirs. You need to find your moderation and buil…

There is some controversy over whether people agree or disagree with this post. I think the simplicity is great. It gets the idea across and reminds us of what we need to be doing. For those who have been improving for a while, take a step back and let it digest. It might not be completely correct from your perspective, but let it take you back to your fundamentals and allow you to focus on your goals.

Hah you're right! But I gotta say, 60 hour work days sounds brutal.

I agree. To me it was like the obscure lens I was looking at the situation through finally shattered and I can now see it for what it is.

Exactly, and though I knew this, it's like my mind just wasn't allowing me to accept it. But now I appreciate my friend for actually fucking her because it allowed me to finally accept the situation for what it is. I appreciate the support.

Hmm that's interesting. I simply use shampoo, face wash, and body wash. It could be your activity level, type of work, or genes. I don't have the answer but I'm sure you can find it online through a bit of research.

For being born in 1930 and being 84 years old, I think Clint Eastwood looks pretty damn young for his age.

I felt the same way originally but ended up deciding there is nothing wrong with it. I just keep things simple and make sure to not go over the edge on process. That goes for everything.

For those who would like to see something interesting, head on over to www.totalfratmove.com It's a ran by and frequented by fraternity men. It's complete satire, and those who hate fraternities and believe all the negative stereotypes about them will hate it, but it seems they are beginning to pick up TRP ideals. Lots of comments between people who say they're red pill and the others who don't believe. Rather interesting if you take the time to search through the stories. Also, the rape accusat…
