3	Do muscles matter? I don't agree that it is irrelevant, trying to work out/eat based on being an "ectomorph" is silly if there is no such thing as an ectomorph. Everyone should look at themselves and decide what they need to do. Have extra body fat? Reduce calories. Skinny and need to bulk up? Increase calories. Either way, lift heavy stuff regularly.
