Multivitamineral supplement, prefferably with vitamin D along with fish oil in the morning, Zinc Magnesium and vitamin b12 just before bed. Honestly if you have a bit darker skincolor (not necessarily black) and live somewhere it's dark all winter (as the case with me) I'd say go with vitamin D. Naturally you get it from fish and eggs, but also sunshine. Supplement with Vitamin D during winter months, it helps me get over chronic tiredness.
