The thing about allies always seems so weird to us. It's always meant in a you will always support me a lot of times in feminist and other spaces, but that's not what allies really are. If you're allied with someone, you are both working together for a common goal that is mutually beneficial. As someone who's typically read as a woman, we rarely feel unsafe walking alone at night. Everyone else is too busy walking quickly to wherever it is they're going, at least where we live
