not meaning this disrespectfully, but guys who think they missed out because they're now 30,40,50 etc are thinking like women and probably need to do more internal/personal work. Men get more attractive to women the older and more established we get (assuming we stay in shape and have confidence etc) I was one of men those telling myself I'd missed out because of my age, but truth is I'd let myself go. I went from athletic and handsome to obese and sloppy by the time I was 30, and I lived that l…

Without all the mistakes in my 20s, I would have never come to the realisations that led me to the great life I now have in my 30s. So nothing

I think it gets easier. Met my current gf when she was 19 and I was 35. Still together 3+ years later.

Just own everything you are as a man, become okay with suffering, discover your mission like women didn’t even exist and let the chips fall where they may. Meditation is a great place to start

I think it’s better for younger guys or men who are prepared for divorce. If he’s neither of those, I’d be very cautious of giving it to him

Motivation is fleeting. Mediate on what you want from your life, and then install an app to remind you to do these things each day. That will turn them into habits. Habits will get you where you want to go. I use an app called Habitify. Very simple but very effective, especially on those days you start slipping (which eventually everyone without solid formed habits will do)

Hey if you want any help with the monk mode lockdown, I did this myself last year and discovered some powerful techniques to really reset your whole system

If you signal masculine behaviour, you’ll be attractive to women whether you’re ripped or not.

My gf is 21 and I’m 37. You’ve got years before a woman would consider you too old

This caused me so many missed opportunities in my teens and also to marry the wrong women that eventually led to a nasty divorce.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
