It's anyone's guess if they don't know what they want, or if they lie about it. That's a false dichotomy. I agree that those are both possibilities, but a third possibility - and the one to which I adhere - is that they know what they want but cannot verbalize it.

Yes but every sexually unsuccessful man is placed into that category; "until proven otherwise" for some women, and just indefinitely for others; when in reality the truly hateful sect is a relatively small proportion of the whole incel population; like with any major group. I think it's just that women are attracted to strength and what constitutes a "strong" man is not easy to verbalize. So it gives the illusion that women don't know what they want when in fact they know perfectly well. Men on the other hand, are more attracted to physical beauty, which is easily verbalized, and therefore it appears as though they are more aware of what they want, when this is not actually the case.
