| 2 | Is lifting for me?I would like to note that when you're a beginner, you can make some real good progress. Your weights are low rn because the musculature isn't adapted to doing the movements. Once you learn the proper form and get used to it, you can 2X your weights in under one month. So don't worry about genes at this point.
