How do you know they are turned off? Do they say so to your face, or do you just get that feeling? Not everything is dependent on looks. If you are always receiving that much negativity to your approaches and interactions, then I'd guess your body language and framing are your biggest issues. Not to mention your inner game. Work on those and you'll see how easily everything else falls into place.

Dude, you seriously need to find a new group of friends to give you better opinions, and a different pool of women to date. You are putting way too much stock into other people's opinion of yourself. That pose isn't helping you, but after showing a couple of females here your picture they say you're average. With a different outfit and pose you can quite easily pull any woman you want. Stop giving a fuck, and stop putting limits on what you think you can or can't do.
