What I thought was weird is that Feminism equal "equality for all genders" and this article says "men suffer oppression in some ways too" and then immediately goes into "this is not a place to talk about YOUR problems." I'm just confused...

So many of the comments I got were "men already have rights" and yes we do and so do women, but the movement it self (like feminism) is about fixing and change. It is about seeing injustices to all genders and bringing them out and changing the world for the better.

I have described myself and to others as so middle... I want to know both sides of every story. Get all the info I can about something. I'm a college student and I see a lot of feminists. Some are more zealous than others. Nonetheless, I didn't even know there was the MRM until maybe a few weeks ago and it is my way of getting the whole story on gender equality. I don't want to be ignorant, I want to be informed damn it!

I almost see it as this (and this is my opinion). The girls in the article are calling out the extremists on their bullshit. I try to believe still that real, true feminism and feminists are fighting for equality of both genders. The only way I could see these girls as misinformed was if they were against regular, real feminism. I like this article because the women shown in the pictures are bringing to light, finally, the extremists and showing how bad and misguided those feminists are.
