During the trial she claimed that Pastorizzo had the gun concealed under his clothes, after having taken it from her house when he came to pick her up. She said that both of them fell off the motorbike to the ground, which is when the gun went off for the first time. She then claimed to have picked up the weapon and heard it go off again. The judges did not believe her story. Based on the article, it seems quite unlikely.

I wouldn't consider it a date. However, since the line of communication is open you should mention that you really enjoyed the evening and want to know if she's available for a date. I'd been approached a few times when I worked out a gym. I truly did have a boyfriend and felt bad disappointing the guy but it was always awesome to be approached in that manner. You went about it the best way possible. I'm not sure why everyone is against approaching at the gym. Gaining a compliment in an environment where I'm working to better myself feels fantastic.

You should go to a counseling session with your boyfriend. What's to say that won't happen again? You hit him, not only once, but destroyed his property after assaulting him. That is not normal behavior and should not be minimized.

I'd recommend texting them one by one rather than all together. I know iPhones show group texts and nothing would kill your game faster than a girl realizing she's just a number. Ask her how the rest of the festival went or mention a set you loved and ask if she caught them too. Definitely reintroduce yourself.
