″Victim blaming″ is a phrase which seems to be commonly used to demonise people who advocate for self-responsability. It's an incredibly destructive phrase which helps perpetuate problems instead of recognising personal shortcomings to avoid them in the future.

I think most people do this regardless of the sex, though women tend to do this more than men; but I don't think it's so much of a thing in psychological issues such as this. People are generally either for and against ″sex work″. My point however was that you can't treat women as a one unit, they aren't a hivemind and are capable and do possess individual thought.

One of the issues with feminism in general is hyperfocussing on a very tiny amount of men in elite positions and then comparing that to the average woman under the lense of sexism - without also acknowledging that the average man is also in the same boat. This post is an example of this, all the number cards in a deck of cards are representative of the average man and woman where the Queen and King are the tiny few elites at the top.

In general human history has been about suffering, but the average woman has had it far easier than the average man. The only reason women are in the work place today is because there are options that can accommodate their interests and abilities. Notice all the dangerous and laborous jobs that have survived today that were around hundreds of years ago are still all completely dominated by men.

I don't know what the solution could be to such a problem which is why I intentionally gave a vague answer as im not informed enough, but I am not in favour of discrimination based on sex or other immutable characteristics. That is the egalitarian position as far as I'm aware. I didn't respond to that as I want to discuss one thing at a time. If you would like to switch to that, then we can do so?

I would say neither men or women should have special laws, the law should be applied equally regardless of the issue. If the law already permits equality in advancement, then no further legislation is necessary; if not then maybe such a law would be reasonable in line with non-discriminatory hiring laws. This same logic applies to any issue or law.

I mean it's quite a special attribute. They bring new life into the world and the care and love the mother gives to the growing child despite the health problems over 9 months is often amazing.
