I appreciate you probably dont want unsolicited advice regarding your weight, but here it is anyway, if you consistently eat similar things everyday, cut a meal out and stick with it for at least a month and I guarantee you will lose weight if all else remains the same.If you don't eat consistently day to day, most likely therein lies the problem
