Your rights are inalienable. They cannot be transferred. Unalienable means the same basic concept, in law or otherwise, the words are interchangeable. You have this sort of correct, and I give you props for actually coming to the conclusion of the marriage license that many people complain about but fail to realize. Hah, they complain that marriage is a sham, then stop doing it dummy! Government is corrupt and it knows you are signing your rights away This is false. As you pointed out, you can n…

Yeah, he posted statistics, so did others. Why are you coming here to state your non case if your life is so great? Don't answer, I already know. Your life isn't great, you have to convince yourself that it is by defending your EGO to strangers on the internet that don't care about you. Yeah, you are a douche, and about as useful as a douche.

IDK, never heard that before. A marriage is only a legal failure in the terms of a legal divorce. Separation might be considered a failure, because heh lets face, you don't get separated because "distance makes the heart grow fonder" or some blue-pill lie. But legal separation has it's own statutes and other provisions that sort of make it hard to determine if it can be considered failure. For instance, if a couple sleeps together, then legally they are not separated anymore, so I don't think it…

https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/fastats/marriage-divorce.htm You have to run the numbers to get the actual Marriage to Divorce ratio, i.e. the population with respect to the states that aren't reported. Also, you have to factor in that 2nd and 3rd time marriages are much less successful than people that are married once. https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/the-intelligent-divorce/201202/the-high-failure-rate-second-and-third-marriages Also, you need to account for the fact that people that were mar…

Thanks. Why didn't you link him the statistics like 5 posts up? He linked shit articles, which was your opportunity to link scientific data. He is a SIMP to nth degree. But, he would have had to trump your evidence, which we all know he could not. Ok, that's pretty good advice. In my mind, this isn't simple though. The reasons why this form of slavery is so successful is because the truth is diluted and complicated. Some of these concepts, the straw man, franchises, chattle, jurisdiction, belligerent claiments, etc would require a whole lot more than anyone is going to really grasp from some short winded sentences of mine. I want people to see the big picture and just go for their own understanding on each piece of the puzzle. I have atte…

Show me video evidence where people claim to be the Man and they’re free to go. Where a Man stakes a claim that he is a Man and not a beneficiary of the government? How many people do you know that are not beneficiaries of the government? Civil war is out of the question. Agreed. Not sure why civil war is being brought up here. Makes no sense, yet. We don’t even need to get into the topic of 2nd amendment and how we would fail miserably against a superpower. 2nd amendment? I'm not talking about 2nd amendment. That depends on the judge, some judges have some extreme biases that they constantly get away with Start holding them accountable. The reason why they get away with it is because people do not attempt to do anything about their actions. When a person does not speak up, even to his detriment, he acquiesces. You cannot remain silent on unfair treatment and then later make a claim of some injury. That is called "sandbagging". You must claim your court equally as the judge is making claims on his co…

I don't any faith in any man-made system. They are all on their way to corruption, or are already as corrupt as they can be and still exist in the way that they do. I think it’s time we start taking alter drive measures. That is the intention here. The more people that 'use' the system, the more the system works against them. The way to remove corruption is to stop giving it food. We do that by claiming ourselves and removing their power by disputing their claims.

Child support is not given to the mother, it is given to actual things the child needs. I agree with this only because in the eyes of the law, the mother and the father are both minors that cannot make their own decisions. No, it is far from arbitrary. Just because you may go to jail for breaking an arbitrary law doesn't mean that all citizens go to jail for arbitrary laws, nor does it mean the rule of law is arbitrarily enforced. Nice try though.

The payment for debt upon private citizens is determined in civil tort court, while the payment due to general society is determined in criminal court. How much each person has the "right" to earn is completely subjective. Money is subjective, distrubution of resources is subjective. No it's not subjective. My labor is worth something, and I have all the right to my labor. If you demand I contribute my labor to something that I don't agree with than that is stealing. We have plenty of resources to share and still have people be able to "earn" far more than they need. The reason why we have any resources right now is because of the debt-laden sy…

Good joke. Also, there is some seriously deranged shit in that thread. SO's uncle got remarried to his ex last month & was murdered by her this month. Not saying this will happen but this will probably happen ...so she’s available again? My mom got remaried to her ex. Straight back into money wasting and child abuse. It only stopped when he was arrested for distributing cp. My dads 6th wife was also his 3rd. MGTOW needs to spread faster.

In my eyes everyone has the right to food, shelter, water, basic utilities. It's our duty to one another for creating a society that functions as well as it does today. So your solution is to hire an organization to instill fear and intimidation into the minds of the people that support it, in order to redistribute those ill-gotten gains to people that wouldn't have otherwise deserved it. Everyone has a right to their own prosperity. Did you ever think of that? You want to give/grant rights of r…

I’m also compassionate towards the needy. Great! So am I, which is why I volunteer my support at shelters and food drives. A family that can not afford the healthcare of their disabled child shouldn’t have to watch that child die Which family? Whos? Do you know them? That happens all over the world everyday, but you are only concerned with the strangers in a 3000 mile radius? Should an able bodied adult be allowed to leech off the government by birthing a child every couple years to secure their…

I wouldn't look too much into that. He was asking a specific question designed to elicit a response from MGTOW. Also, he was asking about why men are leaving the dating world in a dating_advice sub. Most of the normies that lurk there aren't going to care, because they are focused on giving advice to people that explicitly state what they are trying to accomplish. OP was just handing you a paintbrush and a canvas. I'm not saying your comment wasn't a good answer, and also might have even conjure…

Speak the truth old guy. Before MGTOW came into the limelight, most of us thought we had to accept their faults, because thats just what you do if you want to be happy. How strong the social programming machine is, but we will win, because they need us and depend on our resources, but we do not need them.

I don't care what political party you most ascribe to. I'm judging you solely on what you have said to me now. You left all assumptions out when you declared socialist welfare programs a must in society. You told me you vote for those people because to you told me it is a requirement. I logically deduced that you would vote for more of the same because you said it was necessary. I didn't factor being a woman into this deduction. But, now that you have said as much, it makes sense that you wouldn…

I would have better off financially if I had left my husband, taken the children, and went on welfare. There is not much incentive for women with children who have been in this cycle of generational welfare. What went wrong? Why wasn’t the abuse nipped when it became apparent what was going on? See my other comment to you. It will always be this way as long as institutionalized welfare exists. You want to make it right? Stop voting for representatives that promise to take someone elses money fro…

Devils advocate here, and I'm just looking objectively, one was President for 8 years and had a lot more responsibility than the lifetime of some rock musician. I'm not saying Killary Cuntin wasn't a good reason for aging poorly. They both need to just go away already..

Hell, just dropping the self-entitlement would be a huge step in the right direction. Even the land whales are completely self serving. Most men want a hot, thin woman, but will be content with a chubby, crooked nose kind woman. That is the non-marginal difference between the genders and the reason why Chad is a societal moniker.

I'm just sick of reading this shit about "Chad" this and "Chad" that, when that has little to nothing to do w/it. It is an important distinction because all women want the top 20% of males, while most males would be content with the best they can get. So Chad slams pussy all day and leaves the scraps for beta billy. But if women weren't able to just chase the Chads, and the men in their life made sure they landed beta billy before being cock thrusted out of their minds, then the attention whore …

these services certainly should be available to those in need. But now the system is abused Which is why they shouldn't be available, because they always get abused. Pick one: Citizens are responsible for themselves, or the State takes care of them. There is no equilibrium, only consideration and accountability for ones actions or privilege divide and class warfare. It sucks, but if you provide financial incentive to not do a thing, that thing will always take precedence over doing a thing. All …

Jane Roe also contends that it was ridiculous to find her guilty of nonconsensual sex because of John Doe's drunkenness, but not find Doe guilty too: Roe was also drunk at the time, so under the rules she was just as unable to consent to sex as he was. HAH! Take that logic and shove your female oppression far up your gaping vag. If she wins this lawsuit, it will set precedent for ALL drunken rape cases where both partners could not consent. Eat it feminists, the gavel is gonna hammer that sweet …
