So much of church life is all about an effort to change habits (moralism). So we try to be kind, giving, blah blah. However, it is extremely easy to play the part publicly and internally we are a wreck of jealousy, self-pity, and desire. Good question. Obviously RP ideas are working for religious and non-religious folks. I would say that this is significant because lots of christian dudes are getting shafted in the bedroom because of their wrong underlying assumptions about virtue/covert contracts. And none of this is being shared broadly in the church. That makes it a bit scandalous.

I've absolutely been discipled and taught great skills in life by followers of Jesus, but sometimes they don't get the whole picture and this kind of thing isn't really taught in the church. I think a few have tried it, but it doesn't really translate into bedroom results. BTW, I'm into ancient faith with a touch of modern. I don't think I'm going to buy what you are selling here. I will tell you that my viewpoints are changing not necessarily about this faith, but about the interpretation of it…
