Wow this is so beautifully written, I wonder where do you learn about these subjects? I want to deeply dive deep and understand myself and for my future SO, my children and so on. This is such important knowledge. Please do tell. Thank you for these posts. Very well articulated as well.

Hello, thank you for your plentiful insights. My mother has shown me a few tricks here and there but she has also advised me on numerous occasions to search it online as most things are online nowadays. I am simply overwhelmed with where to start. As for your question regarding taking care of my hair, I have curly hair and it’s usually very frizzy and cannot retain moisture. It’s damaged from long term and it feels so stiff and lacking shine or glow. So I usually have it in a bun or in braids. I…

Thank you so much for your comment. My mother these days usually tells me to search how to cook online, so I took that route as well.

Hey! You can totally do it. I’m just going to start and say good for you, I’m really proud of you! Making those decisions aren’t exactly easy — I’m especially talking about abstaining from social media and deciding to work out. Fitness is incredibly good for ones long term health. I think one important thing is to specify what you mean by “I wish to tone up become prettier and healthier.” Some people tend to give up on difficult days when they don’t have a specific detailed plan and strong why f…

Thank you so much. I'll definitely put this into practice. Now is the perfect time to do so.

You are absolutely correct. If I don't immerse myself in it, I won't be able to use it. I should be using these words every day. Thank you for the insight.

That is so true. Wonderful observation. I think it goes back to being conscious of what you are saying and it's just as you said, she is trained. So we just lack training. How did you reach a broad vocabulary? Did you do anything other than read/write/listen to speakers and podcasts?

That sounds sooo amazing! I really need to invest in some wireless bluetooth headphones. Having something that will keep you smiling and interested in will make the chores go by in a blink of an eye! Does the libby app offer free books and is that only available for local library? That is so interesting! I don't know much about historical events but I should definitely start reading and listening. I need to invest my time in learning more, so I will do as you said! Thank you! I really hope you k…

I thank you for your suggestions. I havent been much of a podcast girl in the past because I never delved into it. I was so exposed to things which waste my time and now that I have listened to my first podcast a couple of nights ago, I just loved it. Speech is so important in those moments because our ears are so focused on listening, the speaker just has to preform and speak in a way which expresses his/her ideas accurately. I have also started to get into email newsletters as well. This advic…

My taste is exactly what yours are! It sounds like I would definitely be friends with you and your friends. It seems like you all have lovely conversations, the type that I would enjoy. I am an old-school and a classical girl, just as yourself. It is something about the past, the way they spoke, acted and carried themselves intrigues me and I just love it. Even general traditional values that draw me close to my femininity make me so happy. I recently discovered this sub and I am just in love. H…

That is so important. I always find words I love and could easily express my ideas but I forget them immediately. I should probably keep a notebook full of vocabulary words and use them often to improve as you said. You sound very confident. I love the line where you said, "the way they command attention and respect" sounds so beautiful. I think I know exactly what you mean. I'll certainly have to listen to more speeches and try and emulate them in example. Thank you so much! I hope you are able…

I definitely should do so. The phone is usually what is taking my time away from reading - which goes back to lack of discipline and focus, but I will do as you suggested and work towards picking up more books. I thank you.

I thank you so much! I have actually heard of that book before, someone suggested it once on their page. I might have to take a look at it! Thank you again!

(Despite the post being long, I would highly encourage to read it, as I quoted some things regarding your health.) Hello! I am really happy to see that you have acknowledged the problem since that is the first step to solving it. Recognition is important. Anyway, despite there being a deeply rooted habit, there is still hope as we can always undo these things. There are many who would smoke and drink for years, addicts who recovered and renewed their ways. Likewise, you can do the same when it c…
