What would a gender-neutral figure look like?

If they would think about it: No. However, how many people do bother to think? Judging by your generally shitty reasoning in this discussion, not you. Dunno about your country, but here people outside of specific groups dont actually insult gay people, so unless you or your parents belong to one of these groups, you'd never actually hear something like that. Have you never seen, say, the Phelps "God hates fags" people on the news? You don't have to be a member of those groups to hear about them.…

I am fairly sure most people that use it dont even know what it means. Do you really think people---even teenagers---are so ignorant as to be unaware of the widespread past and current usage of the word? I mean, it's not like people have stopped using faggot as an anti-gay slur. Heck, I remember back in Highschool, "Gay" and "Jew" was used as a joking insult by pretty much everybody, yet everybody was also open to actual gay people and jews. People can use anti-gay slurs and still be open to act…

As for faggot: I'd argue it has become disassociated with actual gay people. Its a pretty general insult now. Notice that they are not saying "Haha, you fuck other men" Do you realize that the reason "faggot" is used as a general insult is due to it being an anti-gay slur? When calling someone a faggot, you are saying that they are effeminate and gay and just generally not masculine. The usage of the word as a general insult is not somehow magically unrelated to its usage as a slur.

So your solution to gaming being hostile to minorities is to say that they should leave. Is this supposed to be less hostile to them?

This is a pretty much textbook example of poisoning the well.

in a claim for fraud or defamation against a party, the burden of proof lies on the person making the claim [of defamation] This is you from elsewhere in these comments. I think it's quite clear that accusing a judge of being corrupt, a family member of wrongfully denying you your inheritance, etc. all are obviously cases of you claiming "fraud or defamation" against a party. So according to your own words, the burden of proof is on you. Until you can prove that these events both transpired as y…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
