If you are really shy then I definitely think its a great idea to not only take dates with girls you find super attractive. You want to work on your conversation skills like you said then you can date a much wider variety of girls and may wind up having very pleasant interactions.

Not true at all. Read the book "the game" by neil strauss. You aren't ugly, you are better than average looking. It is just going to take some time for you.

In my experience you have to adjust your level of aggression to your looks or first impression. If you have guys that you are out with that are better looking than you, you need to approach more girls than them. Also it is is your best interest to talk more and touch more and be slightly more energetic. Action will always trump looks in the long run when it comes to pick up.

give her a compliment (that she earned, non physical) and then pull your phone out and say "let me take down your number". Works great.

Festivals, shows, events. and bro.... meetup.com get on there! That being said I dont drink either and still dont mind going to bars on the weekends to chat with girls. You dont need to drink.

Change your urge for comparison to inspiration. You are your own person and need to run your own race. I never attracted women naturally. Now I have more than I can handle whenever I want. When you see someone else succeeding be happy for them and realize what one man can do so can another. Keep working on yourself and don't focus on comparing to others. Use them for motivation/inspiration at most.

No you can make things happen. But in all honesty if I could go back in time to your age I would focus more time on building useful skills. Social skills are definitely one of them so keep gaming. I am also referring to things like computer skills, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Read a book called "the millionaire fastlane"

Where it the "laid" part happening? What are your logistical options. Make sure you are putting plenty of time into your skills and career first.

NEVER assume things, discover them. Get that tattooed on your arm. I've never regretted an approach and ALWAYS regret not approaching.

I would focus more energy on Money instead of fitness and girls. Have more Balance. Sure I always worked hard, but I should have been more aggressive in seeking mentors and building valuable skills (computer programming, online marketing, social skills). That being said I did start all of that very quickly and am still 28 so I actually wouldn't change a thing. But that's the advice I would give to you. Build skills, take risks, find mentors.

I hear you on this but you have it wrong. In my opinion true living is striving to be a better version of yourself. When you cease to improve you are ceasing to live. I'm sure you are a man who strives for a better self. All you are doing by trying new things out is searching for a better way to be a better you. Don't think of it as pretending. One day you will look in the mirror and be proud of who you have become and pat yourself on the back for making big changes. If you have big goals to do …

You aren't that different. When you spend time with someone for a while and share a ton of intimacy you will feel a strong connection (oneitus). This is completely independent on if that person was right for you or perfect or not. These feelings can be triggered towards anyone of the opposite sex. Read the book called the passion trap. Anyways, this will pass with time, and true abundance that I am referring to is that you have consistent access to girls just as if not more attractive than your …

Maybe try getting a part time job that involves rejection. Cold sales through phone calls or in person sales like asking people on the street for donations and such. This will up your skills with handling rejection while making money and saving face in school. Looking back at High School now... I wish I cared so much less about what anyone thought and took more risks. After a few years you won't see anyone from HS anyway

99% of "oneitis" Is due to a lack of abundance. Little to no other options. You should always be asking yourself, "If I had solid options with women, would I take this so seriously?" The abundance mindset is a key part of having a healthy relationship. How do you get abundance? Go out and earn it. No easy way out.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
