It is really scary. I used to get them for a while and it started in my college years. With age I figured out what was a trigger and how to prevent them. Generally speaking being very intentional about my health (and mental health) helped a lot. Good luck! Just keep swimming.

Lol I don’t know... I kinda disagree. Go back with something witty and see what happens. I’m going to say shit test but then again I always go with the ones who talk a lot of crap.

Yup. You sound like you definitely have some anxiety going on lol. Figuring out boundaries and relationships is hard. I assume you are young since you mention school. It gets easier. Some suggestions that may help: Get a therapist. Work on clearing your head. I write to get things out and make sense of them. Some people workout. Others color. Find what works for you that’s healthy. Develop relationships outside of romantic relationships. Have friends. Don’t expect your GF to meet all your emotio…

Literally the most effective way to meet high quality women is to become friends with high quality women. I know a ton of high quality women and most of them date within 3 degrees of their social circle. Sure some use dating apps but most don’t.

Well IMO if a girl allows you to get her alone she is interested. The more private the space the more into you she is. Kino escalation. I like watching sports and using kino to connect with the girl. High fives, hugs, etc. There are other ways as well but for a first quasi date this works well for me. Then again girls who love sports are not hard to find in my neck of the woods.

Depends on the situation. If you really don’t want to be with her and see what else life has to offer burn that quasi relationship to the ground. Meaning you need to bring up your emotions. Alternatively and this likely isn’t popular advice but has been quite effective for me. Use game to pull her back in and get together. Takes a lot of strategy and impulse control. It is possible to use game to get a girlfriend back.

Oh God no. Don’t say that. So I was out with a lady friend and her new boyfriend and this drunk was like trying to rub up on her. What I witnessed really made me more confident in how I handle it.. I watched the girl stop and turn back looking for her boyfriend to come into her space. She literally stopped and turned around. Gave the please help me look to him. He came over put his arm around her and guided her out of the creeps space. Nothing confrontational. My point. This girl knew when to se…

Disagree. I found alpha plus alpha dynamic is much more successful. However, some boards call it soft alpha. An alpha who has emotional intelligence and is able to do relationship work while properly leading the relationship. The key is to be strong and an excellent leader. Chicks recognize leadership almost at the same level as intelligence as long as you aren’t dumb as a rock and have interesting hobbies.

Smart girls go for guys with intelligence and interests. Be interesting if you don’t have a good job and / or degrees.

I like to make BFFs with the cock blocker and woo them first. This works for me... probably 80% of the time but you have to have that charisma and conversation starters going strong for it to work. Once I’ve calmed the blocker down I can talk with other parts of the group before moving on to the person I’d actually like to talk with.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
