| 1 | I helped a friend do a social experiment in university. His prof. wouldn't let us use that data, because it was "controversial" but I thought you guys would find it interesting.I think the experiment was basically based on looks though wasn't it. It didn't take into account anything other than looks. If it involved other criteria, like social status, or even approach, I think things would have worked out differently. | /r/TheRedPill | 19/03/14 06:56 AM |

It means women don't take into account looks as much as men do when selecting a mate. A lot more consideration goes into their social status. Men rate women by their looks more. From the sounds of this -- he's probably one of the neck beard hackers. As for CS not being consider engineering, that's… | /r/TheRedPill | 05/03/14 11:05 PM |
| 7 | 27M PhD, Engineering probably settling for 35F Fattie. R/relationships: You go girl! The article said CS. I have a BS in CS and though a PhD gets you in the door to a lot of companies for an interview, there are many people out there who do what CS grads do way better with out any degree. So it could be hit or miss. It might depend on where he's doing his PhD, who he's working under, what his dissertation is on -- and then when he does find the time to get a job -- how well he can impress an interviewer. Say you get a PhD in HCI, I'd say that that was a waste of time -- (if you … | /r/TheRedPill | 05/03/14 05:48 AM |
