19	How do you break out of small talk? The example you give is good, but I dislike being asked questions like the three you suggested. Asking someone to recall the most embarrassing situation they've been in or what their relationship with their parents is like seems tantamount to questions you get asked in a job interview, many of which are uncomfortable and don't flow naturally in conversation.
